The Presentation
Proposal Form: More Information
The presentation proposal form is online
at http://users.prof2000.pt/wia/oc.
When you access it, you will see a screen with three items:
form for submissions, schedule,
and Bridges Across Cyberspace
portal.
THE FORM for SUBMISSIONS
Click on form
for submissions to access the online presentation proposal
form. When you have accessed that page, you will first see the
following:
"Please insert your login and
password. If you haven't registered yet, please click here
and register now."
Registration,
as used above, refers to registering as a user of the forms
database, not registration for the convergence (which is done
at the conference moodle). Registration is easy: you enter a
username and password that you choose, plus your real name and
e-mail address, then click on Submit.
You will then be redirected to the actual presentation proposal
form.
It is not
necessary to finish the proposal form in one sitting: complete
as much as you like, then click on Submit.
After you have registered, you can log in as often as you like
(up to the September 15th deadline) in order to add information
to the form, modify what you have already entered, or submit
an additional proposal.
Those whose proposals are validated by
the referee team will be notified as soon as possible after
the September 15th deadline.
THE CONVERGENCE SCHEDULE
When proposals are validated, they will
be scheduled, taking into consideration presenters' preferred
times and dates, by the convergence scheduling team.
